Who are we?
We are a small Australian team focused on partnering with independent artists and Indigenous art centres to create products that celebrate and promote the incredible artwork that is being produced in our region.
Our first collection is a line of silk scarves featuring artwork by artists from across the continent, from the exciting contemporary art of the Yulparitja Artists of Bidyadanga on the Kimberley Coast, to the talented artists working out of Ninuku Arts within the flourishing cultural scene of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands in South Australia. Our collection also features incredible art by celebrated Canberran residents Derek O’Connor and Ham Darroch. Each scarf is made from 100% silk with hand rolled edges and comes in a beautiful gift box.
Alongside our scarves, we are also delighted to bring you Bilum bags from six weaver cooperatives in Papua New Guinea, located amidst the fertile Highlands and the Sepik River region.
Our first collection
One of Twelve partners with established and respected community owned art centres across Australia and our region, to ensure that artists receive proper value for their work, and that our customers receive the highest quality products in return.
Our artists are the driving force behind what we do, and it is an honour to be able to work with such a talented group of people.
