Lipstick Tree Fibre Bilum by Wendy Gasa

This bilum was made by Wendy Gasa who weaves with the Singu Arts cooperative in Kongrum, in the East Sepik River region of PNG. It depicts a back bone design and has been made using natural dyes and fibre from the Lipstick Tree.
